Buffing machine use for gitting rid of the old pattern rubber on the suface of tyre.

1. Polishing the old pattern rubber to meet the needs of tire vulcanization.

  2. Radius of radian range is 400 ~ 800mm,also polish the appointed radian.  

 3. Optional expansion rim:15"-16",17.5"-19.5",20"-22.5",20"-22.5"(width:250mm),20"-22.5"(width:300mm),20"-22.5"(width:350mm). welcome special size order.

4. Standard layout:15"~16", 20"~22.5" expansion rim and a dusty collector.  

  5. Optional function: sidewall polishing and clean,  tread circumferential measurements,  measure the thickness of remaining tread rubber, manually operation on polishing tire shoulder .                        6. Average polishing time: 3 mins.
